Location of the villa is great.
We took several taxis during our stay including one from the airport. They all had difficulties finding the Villa and got lost and all suggested having a sign at the door with Villa Ruby on it. Many other villas have the name displayed at the entrance.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in Villa Ruby! De villa is schoon, rustig gelegen en biedt volop privacy. De locatie is top en de eigenaar super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een echte aanrader voor wie wil ontspannen in alle rust!

The hosts communication could not have been better. She provided full information when asked, was extremely helpful and always replied very quickly. A very thoughtful and comprehensive starter pack was provided for our arrival - one of the best I have seen. The location was excellent, 10 minutes walk or less to the nearest restaurants and 15 minutes walk to the beach. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for all of us - we were 8 people. The kitchen had everything that was needed for eating, cooking and preparing food. The pool and surrounding area were perfect for swimming, cooling down and sunbathing.
The only negative is that the property is in need of some updating and requires some minor repairs. It is the only reason I did not give it a 10. However, this did not alter the excellent time we had or how much we enjoyed the property and location.

Belle villa cossue dans un quartier très calme situé à une vingtaine de minute de marche de la plage.
Beaucoup d'espace dans cette maison bien meublée. Chambres très confortables avec plusieurs salles de bain.
Belle piscine privée, bien entretenue et propre.
WIFI efficace.
Nous avons utilisé le barbecue du jardin.
Echanges avec le propriétaire en cas de besoin; Nous avons eu besoin de quelques accessoires supplémentaires qui ont été livrés le soir même de notre arrivée.
Bon rapport qualité-prix dans l'ensemble)
Plusieurs petites améliorations, liées à l'entretien ou renouvellement d'équipements, pourraient rendre le séjour plus agréable (notamment au niveau de la cuisine, des éclairages qui ne sont pas d'une grande efficacité ou non opérationnels en certains endroits, d'une pomme de douche qui fuie énormément...)
