Excellent location in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of the shops, beach and restaurants.
Close to water taxi to Fethiye.
Villa host was friendly accesible and provided information and a reliable and reasonable taxi number.
The Villa is a little tired and some areas need repair however it was clean, spacious inside and out and had all the amenities for a fabulous holiday

Lovely villa with a nice private swimming pool. Main bathroom had a nice bathtub that the kids enjoyed. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of balconies

The pool is fantastic 😍 Jacuzzi was also nice. In the fridge there were wine, cola and something like sprite, apple juice, 6 cans of fizzy drink. There were also lots of cookies and snacks on the kitchen. Towels were all clean and there were a lot of them. Shower gel and shampoo were in every bathroom. Garden was perfect and barbecue was prepared to use. Most of the time it was quiet around the house. TV works well. The owner is polite and willing to cooperate. Despite few nuances, we have rest very well. Thanks a lot, Fehime.
There were no sugar, no tea and only instant coffee (despite that there was a coffee machine, so it would be logical to leave some grinded coffee). Also there was only 1 tablet for dishwasher and no washing powder. Some areas were not ideally clean and there were lots of ants on the kitchen and in bathrooms. Hot water seems to be limited: one time we ran out of it in the bathroom, which was pretty unexpected.

Villa Phoenix was extremely comfortable and well furnished with everything you need for a fabulous holiday. The location of the villa was perfect just a short 10mins walk from the beach and the bustling Calis promenade. Fehime was a great host generously providing tea, coffee, a range of cold drinks and delicious water melon as well as lots of information about things to do in the area. The pool was stunning- a welcome respite from the heat. Fethiye is a brilliant place for a holiday lots to do nearby including Saklıkent, Kaya Köyü, Ölüdeniz, Hisarönü, Göcek and Dalyan. We also hired bikes and made good use of the bike path between Calis and Fethiye old town. The water taxi is a must particularly at sunset.
