Comfortabel bed; mooi uitzicht; bijzondere buurt; aardige, hulpvaardige host
Veel trappen (maar dat was bekend); op sommige plekken in het huis moet je goed opletten om niet je hoofd te stoten tegen het schuine dak.

Podróżowałam w celu wystawienia na targach PLMA w Amsterdamie i w tym zakresie obiekt spełnił moje oczekiwania ponieważ jest położony 10 minut spacerem od targów. Posiada bardzo ładny widok z okna.
Mieszkanie usytuowane jest na trzeciej kondygnacji BEZ WINDY. Posiada mega wysokie i strome schody, które zwężają się z każdą kondygnacją aż stają się mega wąziutkie. Wejście z bagażem na górę graniczy z cudem. Starszy człowiek z ograniczeniami ruchowymi nigdy się tam nie dostanie. Wchodzenie i schodzenie z dziećmi jest także obarczone dużym ryzykiem upadku. Moim zdaniem właściciel lokalu powinien ABSOLUTNIE ZAPEWNIAĆ POMOC przy wnoszeniu bagażu.
Uwaga na 350 EURO depozytu za zniszczenia ! Ja nie zauważyłam tego zapisu.
Mieszkanie jest skromne i lata świetności ma zdecydowanie za sobą ale znajdują się tam wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty. Za rozkładaną sofę - TAKŻE dopłata 50 EURO gotówką ! Pokwitowania nie dostałam. W mieszkaniu nie było żadnej butelki wody, nic kompletnie. Wokół nie ma sklepów a kawiarnia na rogu nie jest otwarta zbyt często a w poniedziałki jest nieczynna.
