The apartment was extremely well maintained and had all the necessary facilities to ensure a very comfortable stay. There is an elevator to the higher floors which is a bonus

The distance to the train station is further than expected, a difficult walk for those worh mobility disabilities.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with complete household appliances, making it ideal for group or families. The location is convenient—just a short walk to the bus stop and Interlaken West terminal—yet the neighborhood is quiet, allowing us to rest well after a full day of activities. The apartment also provides a spacious garage in the basement, which was very helpful.
I almost forgot to mention that the apartment is located right above COOP Pronto, which makes it very easy to get food and drinks to cook and enjoy either in the dining room or on the terrace while admiring the stunning Alpine views.
If you prefer to eat out, there are also plenty of restaurant options within a short walking distance from the apartment.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would gladly stay here again.
Everything about our stay was delightful—there wasn’t a single thing to dislike. If there is any room for improvement, it would be to adjust the bathroom toiletries (such as shampoo and soap) to better match the number of guests and the length of stay.

Everything was great. Big apartment and very well managed. Underground parking was big plus and also super market on the ground floor.
Nothing special however some extra toiletries should be provided for long stay.
