Historical apartment house "Bieri-Haus", 3 storeys. In the centre of Unterseen 500 m from the centre of Interlaken, in a busy, sunny position, in the heart of the city. In the house: central heating system. Shop 500 m, supermarket 350 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 100 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Interlaken West" 700 m, outdoor swimming pool 800 m, indoor swimming pool. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, tennis 1.1 km, indoor tennis centre 750 m, minigolf 800 m, walking paths from the house 50 m, skisport facilities 15 km, children's playground 150 m. Nearby attractions: Jungfraujoch, Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg, Beatushöhlen. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Jungfrau Ski Region. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee, Brienzersee.

Spacious and bright, practical and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with dining table and cable TV. 1 small room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 large room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Large kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with small dining table. Bath/WC. Wooden floors. Large porch 16 m2, east facing position and south facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the resort and the river. Great location to explore the area-5 minute walk to interlaken west station and 20minute riverside walk to interlaken ost. View of river from sunroom. Quick easy dash in bathers to swim in river every evening
Few repairs need doing ( kitchen cupboard door, door handle to double bedroom for example) but such a great base for a walking holiday

Jorge responded promptly to messages prior and during stay. Property is as described. Very scenic. West train station is barely 10 min walk.

Great location in the more historic and quieter part of town. Very clean and comfortable with some new furnishings. Lovely view of the river and mountains. Also good to have some English speaking channels on the tv. The kitchen lets it down a little and is showing its age. Our welcome pack consisted of a few cloths and 3 dishwasher tablets. A little light for a family of 3 for 7 days. The alternative of washing up in the sink was made difficult because there was no plug. A microwave would also have been welcome. We were a little disappointed that we were not allowed to store our suitcases at the property prior to check in because 'there was no room'. However there was over 3 metres of free space on the landing. I understand that the host was under no obligation to help but it would have been a nice gesture especially since it was such a hot day. The host does not respond to emails or SMS text but does respond quickly to Whatsapp. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

This rental was tricky to find at first, but once we settled in, it was perfect! In a quiet and safe neighborhood, right next to the river. Just a short walk to the West train station, and super close to groceries and restaurants. Just be sure to have the "whatsApp" installed on your phone so the manager can contact you. Also arrive with Swiss Francs to pay the city tax. It was 3.5 Francs per person, per day for us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything except condiments. Loved it!!
