About this house rental
This newly remodeled property perches over a beautiful view, perfect for bird watching or just sitting and taking in the sights. This is a bayfront property and from our cozy home you can walk down to put your feet in the water, eat at delicious local restaurants or even go to the local convenience store just around the corner. Even you are feeling like a longer walk, you can walk a bit further and explore the dunes heading towards Salmon Creek.
Our remodel has ensured that this property is safe, warm, up-to-date and comfortable. With a special focus on views, the both floors of the house open up to beautiful sights of the bay. You enter upstairs where the kitchen and living areas are designed to take in the fabulous bay views. There is also a cozy room with a comfortable queen bed on the entry level. Downstairs you can find a large master bedroom with a delightful King bed and a futon that can be folded out for extra guests. . There is a futon in the living room that can fold out to a bed for even more guests. Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and both floors have large wooden decks for relaxing. Please note that the stairs from the entry level to the downstairs master bedroom are quite steep so not appropriate for toddlers or people who have mobility issues.
We recently put in WiFi so you can stay connected to school or work if you need. (Although we hope you can also take advantage of the natural beauty and enjoy some time unplugged!) However, we do not have broadcast TV or a large screen in the house.
To access the bay you can either exit from the downstairs deck or walk down the stairs along the house. We even have an outside shower to wash off before you enter the house!

View of the Bay and businesses was fantastic from both levels! I do have just one problem..the diswasher has a white film completely covering the inside. The first thing I did was to add a dirty cup into the washer and ran it a full cycle. The cup still was dirty after the full sycle with your soap that was under the sink. Taking the cup out of the washer I used the sponge and completely cleaned the cup, clean with just wiping with the sponge. The inside of the washer still was covered with the white film that I could just rub off. So, constantely, I did not use it again. Actually all the dishes, glasses and cups in the cabinet had to be washed before using them and actually all the cutlery was washed before using too. We had both of mjy daughters and our granddaughter and partner for my birthday dinner. We had a great time! I had the lower bedroom and bath and loved being able to get away by myself whenever I pleased. The family talked of a trip perhaps and renting both places. If a planned trip later on sometime we will keep both your places in mind! And also tell our friends and other family members. It was so wonderful just to enjoy the view and relax. Our time there was pure enjoyment. We had a visitor every evening by a young forked horn deer in the area just below the decks.
