A simpatia da proprietária, a localização excepcional (com supermercados a 6/7 minutos a pé), as condições da casa são excepcionais cozinha totalmente equipada para fazer refeições e um terraço com uma vista fenomenal
Para estadias mais longas apenas fica a faltar máquina de lavar roupa.

Die Lage ist gut, Vorort von Schwäbisch-Gmünd, Hanglage mit schönem Ausblick. Vermieterin ist sehr nett, ruhige Lage. In der Dach-Wohnung fehlt nichts, alles praktisch eingerichtet, Küche umfassend eingerichtet, jedoch ohne Spülmaschine und ohne Waschmaschine. Schöner. Sonniger Balkon mit Markise und Gartenmöbel.
Mir fällt dazu nichts ein, alles ist o.k.

The open plan lounge and dining area were very nice and the sofa very comfortable.
The location was quite a long hike into the centre but there was a supermarket very close.
The owner gave gave me a lift to the railway station at 8;30 on departure, which was very kind of her.
I am 5ft 10ins approximately and I couldn't stand straight in the shower and kitchen, which are under sloping ceilings; I banged my head quite a few times! The kitchen isn't heated either.
The shower water had no pressure and only got warm so very disappointing; I have had worse showers in my travels but in Germany you expect better.
There is traffic and people noise at night and I slept better once I managed to close the bedroom velux window.
Beware, the apartment is at the top of the house, so if you have a large suitcase, like I did, it's a very long haul up and down.
