In the center of the wonderful Remstalgartenschau 2019! You live comfortably and stylishly right in the historic old town of Schwäbisch Gmünd, in the traffic-calmed area, just a few meters from the beautiful market square. The 49 square meter apartment is located in a listed building, 2019 completely refurbished and renovated. The high-quality equipment and the charm of the old house will turn your holiday into a dream holiday in the heart of the Staufer town. The apartment has a high quality and well equipped kitchen with adjoining cozy dining area. The hand-planed oak floor and the wooden beamed ceiling create a particularly comfortable atmosphere. And the walls, which are only renovated with natural materials (loam and lime), ensure a healthy indoor climate. Individual furniture and beautiful accessories make you feel at home right from the start. In the bathroom with the natural stone wall and the old preserved wooden beams, underfloor heating ensures a special sense of well-being and relaxation. The apartment also has a small balcony overlooking the King's Tower and the Zeiselberg. Enjoy a cappuccino from the Nespresso machine or a glass of wine or soft drinks from the "mini-bar", which we have ready for you at your own cost. A TV and private Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge. On the ground floor there is a traditional wine shop with local and international wines, as well as delicacies in the assortment. The house is located in the traffic-calmed area.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and ideally located. Ute was easy to contact and very responsive. I would stay here again in future visits.
The only additional information that is worth noting is that there's a neighbor who claims that ordinary sounds from the apartment can be heard next door. Thus, the apartment may be best suited for guests who are relatively quiet.
