The property is in the perfect location, close to all the sites, plenty of bars and restaurants within a few meters of the front door. It is 50M from the Chatelet / Les Halles metro station. Having a sauna and hot tub plus lots of games, a little gym and even a pool table was great.
The kitchen are is a little small and all of the cupboards are quite high up but there is a ladder provided. This is not a major concern though as we ate out at the multitude of local places on the doorstep.

Exceptionally located, very comfortable with central heating and cooling. The host was great, meeting us & showing us through the apartment. We were travelling with extended family & this was perfect in every way for our needs. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The location is great, minutes walk to Louvre and metro to take you other places. Close to awesome restaurants and pubs with great food and drinks. Close to the mall. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne ;). Quite clean.
The place is quite smaller than pictured. The AC is more of a dehumidifier fan and it covers the kitchen only, there is no AC in the rooms. The place was a stunner in its day, I am sure, but is in dire need of renovation and updates - the handrail is shaky as it is missing screws, the walls are painted over previous water damage. During our stay, one of the hot water boilers broke and started leaking water all over the bathroom, but the host was very quick to replace it the next day. There were rainy days during our stay and one of the skylights leaked for one day
