The apartment was impeccable – modern, new, and spotlessly clean. It’s in a fantastic location, just a few steps from the main square. There are grocery stores nearby, as well as souvenir shops, cafés, and restaurants. The streets are lively, with people walking around and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

Great location, literally only a few steps from the lake, with many restaurants nearby.
Room was big enough for a family of four.
Private parking spot provided nearby on the street.
Hostess was very helpful, communication was good.
The air conditioner was noisy even in the night mode, as a light sleeper I couldn't keep it on at night.

The location close to the center of town and the old town was what we wanted.
We also loved that the rate included a parking spot which was a few steps away from the building. It is very difficult to find parking in that area so this was perfect!
Ana and her dad were very nice and very responsive. There was no question that they did not answer or issue that they did not try to fix within just a couple of minutes.
Our bedroom was very light during the nights. The door to the apartment was made out of glass and so the light from the hallway would come in. In the mornings the light also came through the windows which didn’t have proper blinds to keep it dark.
Drainage didn’t work well in the bathroom. Both in the shower and in the sink the water took forever to go through. Ana’s dad came to fix the issue but it didn’t really get better.
It was very difficult to adjust the water temperature in the shower and sink. The water was either cold or very hot. the water in the kitchen sink is always cold.
The beds were just ok. One of them made a lot of creaky sounds and eventually broke (but was fixable, which was done immediately so that was good). All beds had older mattresses which were not super comfortable unfortunately.
Cleaning could be improved (air exhaust in the bathroom, doors, cups).
More cooking utensils would be desirable. We only had three cups, 5 glasses, one pot, one pan and some basic cutlery and plates. It would have been nice to actually have the possibility to cook something simple, such as cutting some bread, making some salad, etc.
We stayed for 10 days and since the owners do not clean during one’s stay, it would have been nice to have a mop for the floor and some cleaning agent for the toilet.
The shoe closet was broken.
