La piscina, el tamaño del apartamento y la ubicación. También que tuviera aparcamiento privado dentro del garaje.
Aunque tiene ascensor, la accesibilidad porque por fuera sólo se puede acceder con escaleras. Faltaban algunos accesorios básicos como por ejemplo pinzas, paños de cocina...
