About this villa rental
Cozy apartment within a villa, with pool, large garden, parking, barbecue, located at the foot of a protected natural site. The apartment is independent and private. It is a quiet area. The Molló de la Creu is characterized by its flora, large pines, native fauna, owls, hawks and good temperature in summer. It is very well connected 5 minutes from the beach of Gandía, 3 minutes from the city and 45 minutes from Valencia by car. The area also has public transportation, (the Gandía urbanet) and taxi service. Access to urbanization is simple. Ideal for families, for groups of friends, couples, to do different outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, climbing. Nearby you can visit and enjoy different sandy beaches or rocks, prehistoric caves, spectacular panoramic views of the region. In the city of Gandia there are many places of tourist interest in addition to its extensive beach.
The house has a large garden. Ideal for sunbathing, barbecues, relax, play children. Pets Allowed. The pool is ideal to cool off during good weather. In the evenings you can enjoy pleasant evenings with the sky full of stars, dinner outdoors.

Amazing stay at this beautiful property. Large space indoors and out, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the wonderful host Christina. Garden is gorgeous and relaxing. Wish we had more time to stay here!

We have been in Spain for a month (traveling from Malaga up to Barcelona - with a trip into Seville, Granada and Madrid as well!) Our stay in Gandia was by far our favorite stop, and the best accommodation and hosting by a mile! The house and beautiful grounds are even better than the photos and we were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. There was everthing you could possibly ever need including fully stocked indoor (and outdoor) kitchens, 2 bathrooms and supplies. The pool was AMAZING (bigger and deeper than we had thought it would be) and the kids loved being able to splash and play in it every day. The location is fab, close to lots of lovely towns and just an hour away from Valencia city. You do need a car but everything is short drives away from the house.We would recommend anyone staying here (its such a gem!) And would return in a heartbeat if we are planning another trip in the future.

Inside can certainly be described as quirky. Lovely garden and perfect parking for car.
Kitchen great for working in. Cristina a perfect hostess and, of course, weather was fine (apart from 2 very windy days).
Excellent cycling in the vicinity, especially the Via Verda de la Safor (Gandia-Oliva).
