Property was clean & tidy and had everything we needed for our stay ! Great location for our family trip to Alton Towers which was only about a 20 min drive and the house was nice to come back too after a very long day !

Loved the house! Loved all the pretty flowers and wall pictures, which made it very homely. The kitchen was excellently equipped with everything you could possibly need, as was the rest of the house. The parking spot right outside the front door was super convenient, as well as the Lidl supermarket opposite. As a single parent with a 19-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, it was ideal to have 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets; and spacious rooms. The communication from Premier Services was superb. I would highly recommend this accommodation and I would definitely stay here again.
The 3 seater settee was really uncomfortable to sit on as it dipped in the middle.
The majority of the house was super clean, but unfortunately, a few things let it down. The kitchen tops were sticky, and the pedal bin was dirty on the outside. The upright vacuum cleaner, which was full of hair/fluff, wasn't nice to see in one of the bedrooms. The wall sockets in 2 of the bedrooms were difficult to get to. These are, though, mostly minor issues which could easily be addressed.

Really good location. Feels secure. Very accommodating. Comfy beds. Well equipped.
The sofa downstairs has seen better days.
