We paid over the top prices due to the Oasis concert within travelling distance but didn't get extra service. Asked for level room but no one mentioned steep slope to main building and 3 steps to bar and restaurant. The room wasn't serviced so no replacement of water, drinks etc. Only shampoo in shower, no shower gel , handwash nearly empty. Breakfast is included but instant coffee and toast so tough couldnt cut it., only small pot of jam between 2. Lovely environment and gardens, just a few small extra thoughts would give it 5stars
