The apartment is located centrally and was very convenient for us to as we had to take trains, ferries and, buses. It was clean and comfortable. Very spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A great value for money. We were able to keep our luggage at the apartment earlier than the check in time. Very thankful to the property to make this possible.

Limited number of cups and wine glasses. Wine bottle opener was broken. Limited number of bed side socket (should have an extension board as I could either use the table lamp or my phone charger). While the apartment has 2 bathrooms which was very convenient, one of the bathrooms hand soap bottle was filled with watery soap liquid, while in the other one the shower gel was almost empty. Should have been refilled properly. Had issues with checkout as the link with the key drop box code expired and had to wait almost half an hour for resolution after contacting the property and booking.com customer service. Tried calling the property’s customer service twice at that time but the phone went unanswered. It was between 10:00 - 10:30 am on a Tuesday and I expected prompt support from the property at that time.

The location is perfect, right in the old town centre. Perfect to explore Como. We met no staff, but everything was handled well through messaging. The apartment was clean and spacious, lots of restaurants and shops around.

The only minus was that the other shower did not drain well and the shower head was quite clogged with calc buildup.

Ubicación. Ambientes amplios. 2 baños completos. Muy bien equipado.

Nosotros nos alojamos solo por una noche para bañarnos y seguir viaje largo al otro día y no tuvimos agua caliente. Hacía frío. Avisamos pero Era tarde y no pudieron resolverlo. Ante esto nos pidieron disculpas y bonificaron el valor de la estadía por el inconveniente. Fueron muy amables.
