Our second stay in this accommodation. Comfortable and friendly, both the host and the price, which is great considering how the prices are in Brussels.

Good location, clean rooms.
Comfy bed.
Free coffe, tea and biscuits were nice bonus 😊
No elevator, so we had to climb 75 stairs to our room every time.
Small room with no wardrobe, just a small shelf and hooks for clothes.
Shared toilet on the third floor was really tiny.

Location was convenient to the office, and it was quite at night. Nice bed and love the towel drying rack.
WiFi on the top floor kept cutting out and like many old hotels the venting for the septic system gave a lot of the place a bad smell. A lot of people assume private bathroom includes a toilet, but it was a shared toilet in the hall. The room was very warm, on an otherwise cool day and evening, so I needed the window open although it was quite in the neighborhood.
