Lucia prepared a great breakfast for us each morning, the view was overlooking the valley, and our room was spacious. The location is walking distance to Montepulciano town. Very relaxing atmosphere.

An ideal comfortable room in a stone cottage on an olive farm, with a garden and view overlooking the hills of Tuscany. It’s a short—though uphill— walk to Montepulciano. A wonderful breakfast starts the day, and the garden table is an ideal setting to finish with a bottle of wine, a loaf of bread, some cheese, and the love of your life. Highly recommended!

Lucia is an outstanding host, kind and responsible.
The location is excellent.
The room is beautiful and has all you need to have a good time.
The doors make some noise but it's normal due to the age of the facilities.
Nevertheless, I would get back any time.
Totally recommendable place.
