This wonderful property is located in the countryside of Capalbio, with a big garden with olives trees, salted-water swimming, outside areas fully equipped, tables, chairs and comfortable sofas. The Villa has all comforts: swimming pool, soccer field, BBQ, jumping, table tennis, vegetable garden and a hen-house providing daily fresh eggs.

The outside areas are fully equipped, tables, chairs and comfortable sofas. The Villa has all comforts: swimming pool, soccer field, BBQ, jumping, table tennis, vegetable garden and a hen-house providing daily fresh eggs. The living room has three sofas in front of a fire place. Moreover, there is a dining area with a beautiful table for 10 people. The big kitchen is fully equipped (with an ice-maker), with a 6 people table and a central fire place. The sleeping area with 4 bedrooms: a double room with ensuite bathroom, a twin-bed room with its ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom (with this bedroom) the master bedroom with a French door overlooking the pool, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with shower. From the living room, to a playroom with TV, Playstation, a service area (a twin-bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom) and a laundry. The property has A / C and parking.

The house is well situated, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The owner is responsive to questions. For a family, this is a fun house with great outdoor space and activities...pool, trampoline, swings. It was fun to see the chickens and bunnies and the fresh eggs were a treat.
