Before the arrival, with an email it was explained very well how to open the doors with pictures (the street door and apartment door). The kitchen was equipped very well and the location was quite close to the Place de Clichy metro station, Opera is 20 minutes on foot. There are many nice cafes and restaurants around the hotel.
Check in was quite late (3:00 pm) and check out was quite early (10:00 am)

Was a door code which was emailed. However, I had booked two apartments and had to chase for the second information and key to access it. it was difficult at times to get in touch with someone to get the second code.
The apartments I booked were not on the same floor. I understood there was no lift, however it is a spiral narrow staircase. The sofa bed also was broken and didn't work so one person had to sleep on the sofa which I do not find acceptable. There was no tea towel or kitchen towel to dry items up.
