The apartment (about 29 square meters) is located in the back of the landlord and is located in a quiet prime location in Mainz Upper Town right on the park and within walking distance to the old town. The house has a bedroom with a French double bed (width 140 cm), and a shower room. The living room has a cozy couch area, a dining area and a kitchenette which is very well equipped with stove, oven, microwave etc. Wi-Fi and a TV complete the offer.

Christine was the perfect host!
Location was brilliant. It is a very quiet, nice area, with walking distance to everything. (Parks, train, shops, restaurants, Rhine river). Plus it is a very safe and secure neighbourhood.
The property was very clean, well equipped, and exactly as advertised. I would not hesitate to recommend this property!
