This property was exactly what we were both looking for for our long weekend break in Holt. We were met by our host who handed us the keys and patiently talked us through the property facilities. Property location was perfect only a five minute walk to the centre of Holt, two minutes from a supermarket but yet easy access to the main road making visiting other local towns very easy. The property was spotlessly clean, very tidy and warm throughout our stay. We consider it excellent value for money. Our host was most accommodating even cooking our Sunday evening meal on her gas hob when there was a local powercut - and posting to us an item we inadvertently left behind and refusing re-imbursement for the postage cost. How's that for service!!
Can't really say there was anything that we did not like.

Excellent location for a visit to Meadowsweet, an amazing Michelin Star restaurant.
Dog friendly, on the edge of town with access to good dog walks
The heating was set too hot on arrival, but was easily rectified.

Well positioned for Holt locality. Lovely and clean. Quality equipment. Nice property. Good size for short break.
Poor instructions re gaining access to property…given misleading instructions and address had to call host- not good.
Would benefit from more mugs, crockery and cutlery which would make running the dishwasher more cost effective.

Location in the heart of Holt was excellent. Parking plentiful and first class. Warm and cosy with efficient underfloor heating.
