Bardzo dobry kontakt, prawie natychmiastowe odpowiedzi. Starają się pomagać we wszystkim. Super prosty filmik jak dostać się do apartamentu, jeszcze nigdy tak łatwo nie było a dotarliśmy tam około 22:00 po wieczornym przylocie do Mediolanu. Po raz pierwszy też mieliśmy miejsce na bagaże (w pobliżu Duomo, niedaleko metra, Gratis). Milan Retreats to super zorganizowała, mają jedno miejsce na wszystkie ich apartamenty. Przy okazji proponują tam kawę, wodę, porady. Niedaleko apartamentu w Porta Venezia było metro (linia czerwona) i tramwaj do Duomo. Ogólnie to na razie nr 1, jesli chodzi o noclegi z wszystkich naszych wyjazdów. Życzyłbym sobie aby w innych miastach europejskich były takie firmy wynajmujące apartamenty.

Just cosmetic issues that dont really affect the stay, but could do with being completed correctly.

it’s was such a nice and warm place. All the rooms were clean and well taken care of. The retreat is really close to the stores, duomo and near public transportation. Great location in my opinion, I felt very safe. The apartment has everything we actually need(such as toothbrushes). Also, very important, it offered us free storage room for our luggages the day we left. I had no issues and would definitely recommend
