Our responsive host sorted things out for us at short notice following a last minute cancellation
There were a few essentials missing from the kitchen but the host soon had them replaced

entered garden full of grass back garden not clean bed mattress is very law quality and bathroom door lock is not working.

Nice enough house about half an hour's walk from the centre.Off the main road but quiet.Plenty of room & a garden out the back.TV is good.Plenty of parking.
Chaotic management:Info required on arrival to get the keys;I'd already supplied the info weeks before.Alarm not armed,but they said you need to key it on entry.Lighting circuit not working,so I was asked to deal with the trip switch when we arrived.Oven is tired,only 1 shelf,no grill pan,all numbers worn off front plate.Garden door into yard loose & clanking all night.The blinds don't slide properly,some have missing slats.Not a bad house but needs maintaining properly....£150 deposit is irksome.
