It's not in the centre but its close enough. We ordered an Uber to the theatre and it was a max wait of 5 mins. The place is clean and tidy, you get towels on the bed and a place to rest your head. We didn't really spend a lot of time in the place however there was a nice little outdoor space and a a well stocked kitchen. The little touches were amazing, e.g: the milk pots were put into the fridge, they had a spare toothbrush if you had forgotten it etc. We will 100% use this place going forward. The guy didn't even judge us for ringing him for help when I clearly hadn't read my texts 🙈 For the price, it was great. It was clean, tidy, warm and we felt safe.

Lovely warm property. Usb plugs in bedrooms, fans and Tv in bedrooms. Very firm mattress maybe could do with a topper. Comfortable nights sleep. Kitchen and living area clean and tidy. Clean towels and bedding.

Poor communication ie no welcome just key code Nb arrived 30 min before check in and berated because I disturbed them before 2pm check in. I think a bit training in customer service maybe in order. Outside decor needs serious attention/tiding decorating . Front door lock has been forced. Coat of paint for the doors and banister are necessary. Bathroom door warped doesn't close properly.

Extremely clean. Good range of kitchen appliances and utensils. Towels were very soft. Owner quickly responds to any calls or questions.

Parking not guaranteed. It just depends on if there is a spot on the street.

Poor customer relation. We had an unplanned development and that necessitated us to cancel the booking. The only response we got was from Booking.com and that was that, 'the owner will get in touch and till today, noone had.
