Mycket bra läge, nära järnvägsstation och spårvagn, även nära till affärer. Lägenheten var estetiskt tilltalande, med riktiga konstverk på väggarna. Trots närheten till spårvagn störde inte trafiken. Det var tyst i lägenheten.
Det finns inget att klaga på.

Nice little location, peace and quiet with few cafes around.
Bath/Shower facility. Water kept rising above feet level and leaving dirty water stuck to the bath, as it was blocked but was’t worth the complaint for a short stay.

As described in the listing, the apartment was "charming". It was clean and stylish. The bathroom was large with fresh towels and a tub-shower. The bed was large and comfortable and although the kitchen was very small it had all the necessary kitchenware to prepare a meal. While the location was quite a distance from city center a tram stop only few hundred feet away negated any difficulty with transportation.
basement where it was behind a locked door. After returning to the apartment to find the correct key we had to carry the standup oscillating fan back up the stairs to the apartment. Since the host was on the phone we took the opportunity to ask him about operating the dishwasher because inside the apartment there wasn't any manuals to operate the appliances. He said no one else had problems so why us? He then told us just to open the door because the controls were inside. The control panel was on front of the door. Together we figured out how to operate it.
We then asked the host information regarding the washer and dryer, they were not in the apartment. We then discovered they were shared with other tenants of the apartment building and could only be used by us on Tuesdays and Friday mornings. The host asserted the apartment's instruction book stated so. It did not nor was it listed as it being shared on Booking.com. This was on Sunday, June 11th. Sunday was not a designated day. The host indicated since we had laundry to do that it would probably be ok to do a load. We were grateful. We washed one load and used the dryer. That was the ONLY TIME we used the dryer. Today June 19th, eight days after using the dryer and one day after checking out the host contacted us asking us if we had issues with the dryer handle. We had no issues as the dryer was operating when we used it because we had spent quite a bit of time reading the instructions in the laundry room.
A simple 10 minute orientation call to us upon our arrival to the apartment to answer any other questions we had would have been wonderful. Upon reviewing past reviews I note there have been issues before where guests have complained about the host. As stated a host can definitely make a difference in a person's stay in a foreign city. I will not be returning to Geneva but if so, based only my experience, would not stay at this location.
