1. Это не нормально заезжать в агентство и забирать ключи , сейчас не 2000 годы, и можно это сделать более цивилизованно 2. Это не нормально привозить и сдавать ключи обратно в агентство при выселении. Мое время оплачено 3. Это не нормально, когда при вселении в апартаментах нет даже мыла. При наличии этих отрицательных показателях, цена должна быть гораздо меньше

Great location, right next to a small kids park and a couple of minutes walk to main streets with shops. Really nice views from the windows

- This accommodation is run like a mix of Airbnb /hostel which I didn't expect when booking (Airbnb in that there are cleaning tasks you are required to complete on leaving the property and hostel dorm room in that the beds are not made, although linen is provided, and there are no towels whatsoever) - it's hidden in the policies that towels can be hired, but it isn't made particularly clear until you have paid that no towels are provided at all, so you have to bring hand towels, bathmats, bath towels, tea towels..) - what looks like black mould all up the walls in the stairwell - it's not mentioned anywhere in the description that you are required to go to a location 30 mins walk away (by the train station) to collect the key (for the price I fail to understand why the company is unable to invest in a lockbox) - only half a roll of toilet paper is provided - Saturday night there is bar/club very close that blasts music until midnight (not ideal if you are travelling with children)
