it’s not bad i only stay one night because it’s very good location that’s all
I couldn’t sleep because the pillow and the bed cover were of poor quality.
They didn’t provide slippers for after the shower.
The chair for sitting was dirty.
There was neither a refrigerator nor a tea/coffee maker.
That’s all overall.

There is ideally a lot to love about this place. Room was big and nice, especially for the price. It is in a great location. And though lively good sound proofing.
But... And that but took away any possibility of enjoying this. There is no AC. And no fan. Room was very very hot, and you are really forced to have the windows open to get air. And then the lively busy area becomes overwhelminly noisy. Party people until 04 in the morning, and the garbage trucks and emptying of glass recycling, and the builders and drilling...
I slept 3 hours both nights we were there.
So, avoid in summer heat. Otherwise great value.
