About this house rental
5 bedroom, 3.5 baths, home is in a cul-de-sac. GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION! 15 to 20 minute drive to Downtown, Churchill Downs, Valhalla, Airport, close to major highways. Near MANY restaurants, bars, parks, shopping centers, grocery, liquor store etc. Pet Friendly. NO CATS PLEASE.
This home offers plenty of room and plenty to do for all ages. Enjoy the big backyard that includes a trampoline, basketball hoop, and large fire-pit area. The screened in back porch has ring toss, cable tv with a sitting area and granite high top table to play games around or dine together. An enclosed above ground pool is accessible with a separate signed agreement during the months of June-Sept. Cozy family room with a game closet, eat in kitchen with island and a dining room that seats 6 comfortably. Guests have access to the whole home except for the garage, storage room and closets are locked with our belongings.

The place worked out perfectly for our group. 15 of us were there on a bachelor party. There was plenty of space to sleep comfortably between the beds, couches and futon. There were several bathrooms for people to clean up and get ready. We spent the majority of the time on the back deck which is a super nice space. Even with bad weather we really enjoyed ourselves. Would have loved to use the backyard space a little more. Maybe next time. The place was very clean and Stacie was always quick to answer questions and help in anyway she could to make our stay more comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough

A wonderful home that was very welcoming to my family. Amenities were the best. From having a fully stocked kitchen, to so many activities for the kids to do, having enough bedrooms and a wonderful yard to enjoy. The location was great for all the places we went to. The hostess was so great to work with and answered all my questions. Gave us recommendations as to places to see and the milage to get to each location. Would highly recommend staying here. A+

Our stay and house in Louisville had everything we could imagine plus more! The back screened in porch was where we spent most of our time. All I can say is amazing! The manager was so cooperative and nice.
