Great location from the train station by the canal. Easy to get to the boats for taxi service. Easy to walk all over the main areas of Venice and see the sights. The property was clean. The amenities were as expected. The communication was good to get access. Slept 4 comfortably.
Didn’t know the room tax was separate from the other costs when booking. It was fine as I know the charge is applicable. I just would prefer to know at the time of booking.

Very nicely arranged. Location is very good. Apartment very nice and modern.
Shower could have more pressure.
Everything else was perfect.

-Location in quiet neighborhood
- Clear instrutions on how to access the building
- Short distance from the Santa Lucia train station
- Good space for 4 people
-There are reviews complaining about the shower. It is difficult to turn it on, there were no instructions.

Excellent location.
Good communication on checking in.
There was a very strong damp smell which I think came from water damage from the rooms above.
The property is very dark.
The sofa bed was filthy when folded away so unable to use it as a sofa.
There are no bowls for breakfast cereal etc.,
