Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Konstanzer Altstadt. Sie hat einen außergewöhnlichen Charme, weil sie eben auch in einem historischen Gebäude liegt. Die Einrichtung ist bunt und liebevoll zusammengestellt.
Wir haben dort vier Nächte mit drei Personen verbracht und stets gut geschlafen. Obwohl die Unterkunft in einer engen Gasse liegt und im Spätsommer noch viele Touristen draußen verbringen, waren die Fenster so dicht, dass uns Außengeräusche nicht gestört haben.
Die Treppenstufen vor der Eingangstür sind recht hoch. Das lässt sich aber nicht ändern und gehört halt zu einem historischen Gebäude.

La ubicación lo mejor.
Al llegar las llaves no estaban en el buzón donde se suponía, lo lo habían revisado y estaban en otro buzón donde sí no fuera porque uno de nosotros tiene la mano muy pequeña no hubiéramos podido entrar hasta que llegara alguien.
El depósito de 200 euros que pide semanas antes, no se reintegro en su totalidad, pagamos 215 (15 de gastos de transferencia desde españa), y nos lo devolvió en suizos por lo que al cambio eran 180 y nos cobro el costo de la transferencia por lo que perdimos 50 euros! Muy mal gestionado. El apartamento es muy pequeño, pero tiene buena ubicación. Nos tocaron la puerta varias veces preguntando por una casa de pircing, que figura en esa dirección.
