Apartment "zum Saibling"
If you are looking for a spacious apartment for a family holiday or a holiday with friends and you appreciate walking distance to Lake Constance, you will feel right at home in our 75 m2 apartment "zum Saibling". It is ideal for up to 6 people.
In addition to the lake, the apartment offers many amenities:
A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery for 6 people, kettle, stove and oven.
5 beds and a sofa bed

Two separate bedrooms with double bed
TV in the living area
In the living area is a comfortable sofa bed available, which offers a person a place to sleep.

On request, we are happy to provide a children's travel cot and a baby chair.
A washing machine is available for a small fee.
Parking directly at the house.
On weekends we offer on request for a small extra charge a bread service.
Location and surroundings
The apartment is located in Seenah in a quiet residential area in Nussdorf, which is about 3km from Überlingen center. With its location on the northern shore of Lake Constance Nussdorf has sun until late in the evening. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house.
Lake Constance with public access and boat landing can be reached on foot in just seven minutes, a beautiful forest is only 500 meters from the apartment. Bus stop train station, as well as bakers and shops are very easy to reach on foot in a few minutes.
Activities:
Thanks to its excellent transport connections (car, ferry, bus and train) Nußdorf is an excellent starting point for a variety of activities. For example, from Nussdorf you can take a boat trip to the flower island of Mainau, or take a boat to Wallhausen and hike to the Marienschlucht gorge. You can also undertake beautiful bicycle tours - for example by bike along Lake Constance without having to climb much steep slopes to Meersburg to visit the historic old town.
But you can also just stay nearby and for example in the only 3 km away Überlingen pedal boat, surf or play golf or relax in the Bodenseetherme. You will get more tips and information from us. The variety is inexhaustible. You can expect pure relaxation here!

We had a very nice stay at this very comfortable apartment. There was plenty of space for our family. It is a short, 5-minute walk to the beach – which includes the ferry stop, a bakery, a small steakhouse and several other shops and cafés. A larger supermarket is only a 10-minute walk away. The hosts were extremely helpful and gracious and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable."
