About this house rental
5 Bedroom, 4 Bath, Waterfront, Remodeled, All high end finishes. Please note: This is NOT a party house. Out of respect for the house and our neighbors, we only rent to families and groups seeking a quiet retreat. Also, our rates are fixed, so please do not ask for discounts.
The entry has large sitting area for putting on ski equipment or winter boots. Coat closet and slate flooring. The stair case leads up to 4 bedrooms. The Masterbedroom is a 500 sf suite with King sized hardwood bed and matching furniture, brand new bedding and matress, large love seat sofa in mountain decor, 55 inch flatscreen tv, water and mountain views, private 2 level deck with glass railings and huge sunbathing furniture island. Ultra luxurious bathroom with multi spray double shower all glass inclosed. The family sized tub is Jacuzzi brand with strong jets. Double sink and all granite finishes. Built-in closets and shelving is Red Birch. The 'Mini-Master' is a large bedroom with Restoration Queen bed, brand new matress and bedding, attached bathroom with shower and high end finishes, private deck overlooking lagoon and mountains and yard. Further down the hallway is the joint bathroom with double sink and bathtub, all newly remodeled. The bunk bedroom has 1 bunk bed with a trendle and another bottom bunkbed with a trendle. This rooms sleeps 5 very comfortably. All beds and bedding and matresses are brand new. The room has lake views and views of Mt. Tallac. The fourth room has an elegant log double bunk bed and sleeps 3 comfortably. This room also has lake views and a walk in closet.
The main floor bedroom is next to a bathroom with beautiful finishes. The bed is a Queen murphy bed in Red Birch. The room was orignally designed as a dance studio and can be converted easily as such. There is a built in office with granite desk and sliding door access to the back yard.
The Kitchen is equiped with a commercial Viking range, large stainless steel fridge and all counters are granite with 4-6 bar stool chairs. There is a computer corner with granite desk, large dinning area with Italien designer furniture, fireplace with leather couches, a foosball table, a large seating area of sofas with original art in a very cozy area with a 50 inch flat screen tv.
The back yard has a large deck wih high end, new Restoration Hardware furniture. The deck overlooks the yard and water. The yard is big enough for family soccer games, there is a hammock for two or more and a hot tub at the waters edge with seating for at least 6. Next is the overwater deck with rod iron table and chairs for 8 (more chairs are in the closet under the stair well next to the computer corner). Next is the 30 ft aluminum ramp leading down the dock, where kayaks are stored in the summer. There is room for a 55 ft boat on the left side, when our boat isn't parked there. There is also room for a 30 ft boat on the right side.
You will be hard pressed to find a finer home in the Tahoe Keys. If you are looking for a cozy, large, completely remodeled, high-end home with new bedding, towels and lots of amenities for your next vacation look no further! This is a Short-Term 30 Day rental home.

stefan was very responsive in answering our questions. rudy was a great property manager and was very helpful. the accommodations were great and the water accessibility and patio dining was great for our birthday gathering.

The home was beautiful, great area gourmet kitchen. Great Hot Tub.Everything was great about the home, except that it wasn't cleaned when we got there. After a long drive from the Bay Area we got to a beautiful home that was less than 60 degrees and it took till morning to warm the home up and some rooms didn't have sheets on the bed or pillows among other things not cleaned. First night me and my wife slept on a bed with no pillow covers or blanket cover. Woke up to find that the other rooms also had similar issues. Long story short, the house was a beautiful, luxury home, but seemed that cleaning had been skimped on. The property manager did offer to come and take care of everything and was very apologetic and responsive.
