The towering great room with a 2-story ledge stone fireplace will impress your guests, while the lower theater room offers a cozy spot for movie nights. The 1,200sf nightclub-style game room with a full bar, billiards, LED computer-controlled lighting, state-of-the-art sound systems, and outdoor Jacuzzi is an ideal spot to unwind and have fun.
Multiple entrances, including an electronic iron-gated entry to a detached secondary garage with one of two guest units above, combining nine car spaces that offer boat and RV height options, provide ample parking and opportunities for accommodating guests.

We stayed here with our family and friends for our wedding and it was honestly so perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone and the host was overly accommodating to our requests. Such a stunning house and great location!

This property lived up to the pictures and then some. Great location in a private neighborhood 10 minutes from the lake and stateline casinos. Came for a bachelor party and housed 15 people easily. I’d definitely recommend staying here for large groups in any setting.

-Hot tub 1/3 full and can’t be used
-Missing sheets and pillow cases for beds
-Pool table lights don’t work so you can’t see to play
-Pool table isn’t level
-Room lights above pool table flicker
-No darts for dartboard so can’t play
-Vents all around house are extremely dirty
-Chairs on patio missing legs due to rust and can’t be used
-Oven is so dirty it smokes when you cook in it
-No shampoo or conditioner
-All gutters hanging on by a thread around house causing concern you may get hit by one if it falls
-Neither steam shower works in bathrooms
-Detached garage shower handle is loose
-Comforter in detached unit has disgusting huge yellow stain on it
-Lamp in detached garage bedroom is broken and can’t be used
-Poker table with no poker chips so can’t be used
-Can’t use stove in detached garage unit per rules of house for some reason
-Little master bath shower drain is clogged
Overall an over promised and way underdelivered stay. Would not stay here again unless drastic changes happen.
