L’appartement est très bien situé à deux pas des transports et le rapport qualité prix est correct pour Amsterdam.
En revanche l’appartement était sensé posséder une terrasse comme écrit et vu sur les photos et qui était la raison du choix de ce logement , or la baie vitrée était fermée et interdite d’accès, et la plupart des draps étaient taché de jaune.

O apartamento é muito confortável e bem localizado, numa área com muitas atividades para explorar.
Alguma falta de limpeza. Seria necessário ter um balde para usar a esfregona bem como uma vassoura e uma pá. Também seriam úteis alguns panos de louça. Alguma roupa de cama que estava guardada tinha um aspeto de suja ou mal lavada, com manchas. Também sugiro que as fotos sejam revistas pois aparece uma espécie de varanda, mas não há acesso do apartamento.

The location is great, the beds are comfortable and overall it is a decent place to stay.
The photos of the property are not accurate. It’s not a bad property by any means, but the condition was not reflected in the price, photos or description. It has completely different furniture, the balcony now has solar on it and you are not able to go out. It’s definitely seen some rental use, lamps are broken, walls are dirty, the floor boards are shifting and slide under your feet. Our host was responsive up until we arrived. We stayed for 7 nights and were given two towels, I asked for an another and never received a response.
