The location was perfect. One of the most comfortable beds we have had on the ViaFrancigena! Excellent communication with staff and so very nice. I had forgotten my water bottle upon leaving and they made it easy for me to come back and retrieve it. Very close to multiple amenities.
Our room was close to the door so we heard any activity coming through it. However, we were already up so it did not disrupt our sleep.
