The location is excellent, just a few steps from the metro, which is a major advantage. The room is spacious and situated in a quiet neighborhood, with enough amenities to feel comfortable. The beds aren’t very comfortable, but it’s manageable—after a full day exploring the city, you’ll sleep without issues. The bathroom was clean and well equipped, with towels, shower gel, soap, and a hair dryer.
The beds weren’t particularly comfortable, but definitely not to the extent that it would stop me from choosing this place again.

Very close to the materdei metro station and the building is a residential building in a residential area. Very much comfortable.
Materdei can be a bit shady late at night. Avoid going into the streets and alleyways later at night and people have zero road discipline when it comes to driving in general in Naples.

Location is perfect. Next to a metro station but close enough to the city centre to be able to walk everywhere. Owner is very helpful and very quick to respond to any query. Facilities are great with lots of options. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so!

It was clean and the location was very good, just one minute from the metro station.
The fact that the bathroom was external. There was also no refrigerator in the room, which was extra difficult because it was very hot. The bathroom sink didn't work properly. The air conditioner was noisy and annoying, especially at night. You could hear the neighbors because the walls are very thin. There wasn't even a trash can in the room.
