Comfortable and well equipped property, and the underfloor heating was very effective for all but the last day when it went off - our host had already fixed the problem but it took quite a long time to warm up throughout the gite. However, with an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom (very comfortable beds) and a great area for relaxing and dining, we had a perfect base for visiting the Arras Christmas Market, and some local WW1 sites.
Unfortunately, there was no internet access during our stay, and no phone signal - Yoann explained this was due to the rural location, but it was an issue for us. We could not access the expected UK TV channels either, or get the DVD player to work but to be fair, we managed fine without these. If it had not been for these shortcomings, I would give this gite a 9 or 10, and would be very happy to return, perhaps in the summer.

Le logement est très spacieux, bien décoré et bien équipé, chaque chambre avec sa propre salle de bain.
La cuisine bien équipée, avec plein de vaisselle, des produits pour le lave vaisselle.
Un environnement calme et reposant.
L'hôte est serviable et discret.
