The room was in a great location. The breakfast was great. Hostess wonderful. The room was comfortable.
I thought there would be shampoo/conditioner and body wash available.

The room was very comfortable. We were recommended to eat dinner next door which was lovely. Good location near the old town and waterfront. Good communication and info to get into the apartment. Apartment modern and clean.
Breakfast was not special although the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The fruit consisted of apples. The coffee machine wasn’t working and the choice was limited.

The highlight was definitely the breakfast lady — she was very friendly and made a great start to each day.
We were quite surprised by the high rating, as our experience was rather average. The room and amenities were basic, and we never actually met the host in person. Communication via WhatsApp was minimal — responses were short and didn’t provide much detail or explanation to our questions.
One major downside was the noise level. There’s a bar/restaurant directly below the room, and due to the very thin doors and windows, we could hear everything — it was quite loud, especially at night.
While we appreciated the fresh towels provided daily, we were disappointed that the room was never cleaned and the sheets were not changed at all during our 8-night stay.
We also never met the host in person, and at no point were we asked whether everything was to our satisfaction — not exactly a shining example of hospitality.
Overall, it was okay, but given the high rating, we expected more in terms of comfort and hospitality.
