The apartment was very beautiful with two nice balconies. It was close to many beaches (4 min of walking) and the bus station to the city center.
The air conditioning was a bit weak for the size of the room and needed quite some time to cool it down.

Simple apartement with nice beaches (10 min walk, across the street) and the old city centre (20 min walk) nearby. Free parking is included. Nice and quiet neighborhood.
The room itself is quite small. We stayed for four nights which we feel is the perfect amount of time to spend in Split and the accommodation.

We loved the balcony. The view was amazing and you can see the sea from up there. It has a table for two where you can eat breakfast, with the coffee machine provided by the amazing host.
The toilet is also something we liked there. Very clean and separated from the shower, allowing us some privacy during our stay.
The kitchen comes with all utensils, a mini fridge and an oven. All in good condition.
The couch bed is a little small. However, that is understandable given that I’m 190 cm.

The apartment was simple but comfortable, very well situated (20 minutes walk from the city center, very close to nice beaches), in a quiet neighborhood. The bed is comfortable and the terrasse very nice. The wifi connexion works well. The owner is very kind, available, and very pleasant.
The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours. Hopefully, they were not so noisy at night !
