The hotel is located right in the city center, which is great. The entrance is on a pedestrian zone, so keep in mind that you can't park right in front of the building. There are plenty of parking spots in the area.
The Wi-Fi connection worked great.
Guests who don't read the terms and conditions carefully may be surprised to find that the rooms are located on the second floor and there is no elevator.

The location was perfect to explore this hidden Jim the small Italian historically significantly we visited the last day of April so the Piazza was not crowded and we could walk at leisure and enjoy a beverage at a local café
The information that it was self serve accommodation needs to be MUCH LARGER.. hiding it in the small print seemed deceptive. Fortunately, we did not require any human assistance, but it felt impersonal and cold. I like meeting humans.

Palmanova is beautiful place to stop if you go down to Italy and you need the rest for one night during long trip. It is small but very nice historical town. We were surprised how clean and renovated was the town. The Urban house was clean, renovated, very good equipped accomodation. When we go to Italy next time the same direction, it is for sure our future choice again.
