Sehr freundlicher Besitzer
Kleines Zimmer zur Strasse , Inventar in die Jahre gekommen, etwas staubig, Licht spärlich und in der Nacht laut. Am Sonntagmorgen! wurde die Strasse mit einem Laubbläser ewig „geputzt „ Restaurant im Umbau, deshalb kein Frühstück. Fazit: Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht. Wir hatten deutlich bessere Zimmer mit Frühstück zum selben Preis!

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist sehr gut, zentral und hat auch Parkmöglichkeiten.
Das Haus und Restaurant wurde neu übernommen und muss renoviert werden, die Zimmer sind gut und sauber, aber warten auch auf eine Renovierung, schon etwas abgewohnt.

Il B&B è in un’ottima posizione nel centro di Portogruaro, con facilità di parcheggio. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile e la signora che ci ha accolto molto gentile.
Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella camera rosa, spaziosa ma poco accogliente: mancanza di un comodino, mancanza di prese per ricaricare il cellulare vicino al letto (bisogna staccare la lampada). Il televisore molto piccolo è posizionato su una cassettiera in mezzo alla stanza, l’armadio, molto grande, è in parte deposito della biancheria del B&B. Mancano mappe e depliant della città e del territorio. La colazione è scarsa e limitata nella scelta
