About this house rental
Magnificent Provencal house with vaults for 12 people fully air conditioned with heated swimming pool (approximately 12 M2) and whirlpool. The swimming pool is closed from October to April depending on the weather. Small shops nearby (5 restaurants, a bakery, a tobacco shop, a grocery store, a brewery, a butcher shop depending on the season) in the heart of the village of Saint Remèze.
Regarding the house:
* 4 double bedrooms with 160/200 cm bedding, one bedroom with bunk beds, all air conditioned (The beds and bedding are new and of professional quality).
* 2 bathrooms and a powder room, two toilets.
* Beautiful air-conditioned dining room with a large volume under the framework (Provencal ceiling in tomettes) which has a large convivial table.
* An open kitchen with everything you need for cooking. For winter or off-season rentals the house has a pellet stove.
* Living area with sofa bed and large screen.
* Comfortable library area with sofa and television.
* A games room on the ground floor for older children with television, table football, darts, juke box, beer tap and light decoration. This room can easily be used as a small dormitory.
* Beautiful tropical veranda with bar area
To be paid upon arrival:
* Mandatory: cleaning service = 130 euros.
* Optional: provision of "beds made" with towels = 12 € / room.
* Deposit: 1000 euros (not cashed) and returned on departure after inventory.
WELCOME: For your comfort, a nearby person will welcome you, give you two sets of keys and present the house to you. You will have his phone number for any problems during your stay.

Très bien accueilli avec des cadeaux très sympa. La piscine chaude on s’est bien éclaté et tout ce dont on a besoin est sur place un séjour merveilleux

Maison très bien équipé climatisé chambres spacieuse bonne literie le plus la piscine chauffée . Propriétaire à l écoute et Valérie très agréable et disponible merci aussi pour l attention à notre arrivé par ses présents . cordialement Aline

Bien de caractère qui malheureusement va vite se dégrader pour défaut d'entretien et c'est vraiment dommage car idéalement situé.
Notre séjour s'est quand même bien déroulé.
