The apartment is in perfect location just a few steps from old Town and a few minutes to walk to “shopping” part. It was easy to find it by the instructions given.
Two rooms were good for us. One proper bedroom with comfortable bed etc. The second bedroom was originally part of kitchen with balcony and there was a few issues but we still enjoyed two nights there and would stay again (if mattress in twin room would be better).
The pizza restaurant is just opposite building and a few shops close by.
The washing machine is one big plus! Also the leaflets about attractions nearby are very handy.
Good communication with owner who updates us immediately when apartment was ready.
The twin room (with balcony) has very uncomfortable bed. Only one socket which was useless as the lamp next to bed couldn’t reach it even with extention.
If you want to switch the ceiling lights on you have to do that from kitchen.
WiFi didn’t work at all.
Also please be aware of fact that there is not parking anywhere close by! The law has changed apparently and you have to pay everywhere now (we learn the hard way and paid around €40 penalty). You can park from evening until 8am on the street only. But there is secure parking place just a few seconds away.

Lots of facilities. Super easy and fast check in, great location, clean.
That damn dog of the neighbors, you can hear floor scratching and it barks so much and so loud in the morning when they leave for work I suppose.

Good location, good size apartment, kitchen very well equipped
Internet very very slow under 1mbps, it could be cleaner and there was no toilet paper.

The communication with the hosts was easy, check-in and check-out were smooth. The location is not in the old city, but it is next to the old city. It takes around 20-25 min walking to reach the main pedestrian area of Plovdiv. It was easy to find a parking spot.
The apartment was Ok for one night only, however, there was a descrepancy between the reviews that I read before booking it and when I went there. I will start one by one:
- the apartment was not as clean as described - there was dust on all the surfaces
- it was noisy because of low quality of the building materials - I could here people talking on the stairs or outside of the building (with closed windows)
- the mattres on the big bed was smashed on one side and it felt like I would fall out of the bed
- location as mentioned before - it is not in the old city but next to it and it takes around 20-25 min walking to the main pedestrian area
