We had a problem that the apartment was too small , it was easy to communicate and chenge it to bigger.
There was no kitchen, so it is not possible to cook there but there is a small kichenette.

It had free parking and a mini fridge
The room was too small, the bed occupied the whole room. They didn't change the towels or clean the room, as they were afraid by my dog.

But the best part is the woman taking care of the place. She's super kind and smiling all the time.
You can leave your luggage after the check-out.
It would be nice to have a kitchenette or a microwave at least. This is irrelevant to the property, or something they can't control that much, but there was a guest smoking all the time in his room and also in the bathroom. So the smell spread around all the property.

Cheap
Far from center (20 minute walk) and it is not a nice area.
Have to cross a rail road to go to the center.
The shower is in the toilet (or the other way around)... after a shower, the toilet is soaked wet.
The common area stinks because people smoke.
