Staff are will but the one night marred by the toilet seat was not fixed to the pan base but perfectly positioned for a disaster to happen. This had been totally ignored by the cleaning staff reporting this A&E emergency to happen only very lucky that we were sober and noticed in time otherwise they would have been litigation happening now. Had to move rooms so beware. Picture of the seat have been taken.

Stayed at Fallow Fields for 3 nights while attending a conference at Harper Adams University, a few miles away.
It was OK for the purpose, functional but not particularly welcoming. Rooms were similar to a Travelodge. The main negative was the entrance foyer. The reception desk is permanently closed so you check in at the pub, which was fine, but there is no lighting in the foyer. So arriving back after dark as a solo woman it felt intimidating, especially as it always took 3 or 4 attempts for my key card to work so that I could get into the lighted corridor.
I chose this hotel primarily for the Osprey EV charging station on site but of the 8 stations, 6 were not connected and the other 2 failed to connect.
