    Excellent location right opposite the bridge . Lovely old building. Could be cleaner and needs a refurbishment. Would pay more if it was cleaner. Was disappointed there was no chef but found an excellent restaurant D'Arcys at The Station.

    The location is great , our room had no heating on , they put it on but it took a few hours to warm up as we were on the 4th floor, they did give us a electric heater when we complained for the 2nd time. The tele didn’t work , so down the 4 flights of stairs again , the manager came up and said we had to go through our personal email. The complimentary toiletries were shampoo conditioner and body lotion no shower gel . There were 3 teabags and the only way to fill the kettle was to put water in the glasses and the pour into the kettle as the kettle wouldn’t fit under the tap. We left at 9.45 in the morning but the front door was locked and there was no one around , we found the fire escape and managed to get out that way. Would we stay here again , no , I think £*** for a room , no breakfast is expensive.
