There were no meals included. So I cannot comment on this. The location on the edge of town was pleasant once found with some horses as neighbours. The room was basic but functional and the bathroom was clean.
I was able to figure out the location in advance using the photographic version of google maps compared with the external pictures of of the roof of the lodge. So I knew it was concealed at the end of a dirt road. Thus I don't think I'd have readily found it otherwise.
Then I was surprised not to be met by a member of staff. Luckily I met another guest who explained it was basically a self check-in procedure. Once I found my room this way it was only then only then that I received the welcome email that explained everything.
Nevertheless, after the struggle to check-in the rest of my stay was satisfactory.
