The location is excellent, being only yards from the Metro. Any location in Paris is therefore easily accessible. Great value for money for what it is.

The bed was comfortable, and it's right in front of a metro station and bus stop, with a supermarket around the corner, and many food options
The staff spoke very limited English, there was a lot of noise from the busy street below, and there was also a lot of noise in the hallway of the hotel at night... people coming and going, slamming doors... the shower was a pathetic dribble, and the room was never cleaned in my 5 night stay, although the bed was made (but sheets not changed) even though I hung the please clean my room sign on my door. I had to ask for more toilet paper, and a normal towel when mine was replaced with a bath mat. The woman who was the breakfast staff was rude, more interested in talking to her friends or texting than giving me hot water for tea. The room itself was nice, comfortable, but not particularly clean. I felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a guest.
