Lovely hotel, friendly staff, looked after us breakfast was exceptional 👌
Great location for the great orme. The only minus for us was it was at the top of a hill then 2 flights of stairs to our room.

It was very clean and most of the staff were professional and polite. The building is very old, and the decor reflects this, some of which is in keeping. The breakfast was good, a good selection in the buffet and the cooked breakfast was traditional and you could request which items you wanted. The staff work hard to work on reception and serve drinks in the bar, as well as serve breakfast. We found it easy to park outside, on the road or in the parking spaces outside reception.
The outside of the building is not as clean and white as the photograph provided. There is a sign outside advertising a restaurant, but they only do breakfast in the hotel.
The bedroom we had was dark, made worse by the pretend 4 poster bed, which was a dark wooden frame around a divan bed, which my husband kept knocking himself on. Some of the decor needs updating. The wallpaper in the dining room has scrapes and is peeling off in places.
