I found it really, really difficult to re lock the key!!!! To the point I’d practised 4 times before I left. Then the morning off I gave myself 15mins to lock it and it all that time! I was so scared and stressed! It also opened before I’d finished the final number one day. Sorry!!

The little kitchenette was serviceable, the bathroom was quirky and I loved the skylight in the shower. The location is roughly 20mins walk from the main attractions in Florence which was great. It was the most affordable accomodation I could find for 4 days for two people.
The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and there was hair in the shower.
Bring mosquito spray in autumn, they will eat you alive at night!
Be mindful that the staircase to the room are very steep and the steps to the shower are irregular should you have mobility issues.

Location was great , quiet street but easy to walk anywhere and close to Piazza Santo Spirito which was fabulous for bars and restaurants . Very comfortable bed .
There was a slight damp smell so didn’t use the cubby hole to hang clothes . Wi-Fi was a bit patchy using the suggested ext WiFi name but fine once we’d figured it out .

La posizione ottima
Sono rimasta delusa che all’interno non erano presenti neanche un coperchio per le pentole, né una tovaglia da tavola, né uno strofinaccio da cucina, né una spugna per i piatti (comprate due da me e ne ho lasciata una nuova).
Mancava una coperta più pesante delle classiche lenzuola a noi fornite infatti abbiamo sofferto
Il freddo la notte nonostante il condizionatore. Mancava anche il kit di sapone per la doccia (non bastava per una doccia figuriamoci per 2 persone). Per non parlare della puzza di fogna e di muffa all’interno. La sera dell’arrivo contatto il proprietario che non risponde. Risponde soltanto al momento della nostra partenza poco prima del check out ricordandoci della tassa di soggiorno da lasciare e giustificandosi con “non eravamo operativi prima”
